i need to assign th driveletter manually everytime using computer disk management

| If there is a problem with a usb device, first try unplugging and plugging in the device. If that does not fix the problem, you can use Device Manager to locate and troubleshoot the problem. | |

| unrecognise usb device maybe due to your current OS setting. Try to look for device manager as naruto mention. You just need to set the unknown usb, everything will do. | |
