Recently, there has been a technical problem in topping up Softnyx e-Pin
via Mobius ePoint.
This problem was caused by the mistake of Mobius online.
Mobius online has sold "Used" Softnyx e-Pin to users.
Accordingly, Mobius online have already refunded user's ePoints.
Users who have already used e-pins should be able to purchase new pins
immediately.
Mobius online will determine the root cause of the problem further.
